Anthony C. Mengine received his B.S. in Economics from Boston College in 1988 and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1991. Since graduating, Anthony has been actively practicing law in the Western Pennsylvania area for over 20 years.

Mr. Mengine is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association and the Southside Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and currently sits on the Board of governors. He is also a Fellow in the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an invitation-only group of the Bar’s most experiences and proficient litigators. Tony has also again been selected to be included in the 2017 publication of Pennsylvania “Super Lawyers” which includes attorneys who have been nominated and evaluated based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

He is admitted to state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and has represented clients all over the United States.

Mr. Mengine is a trial lawyer. His areas of practice include General Litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, Estate Administration and Trusts, Labor Law for both the employer and employee, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Criminal Law.

Mr. Mengine is active in a variety of community organizations. He also sits on several boards, including the Youth Baseball Association and a Home Owner’s Association that addresses a litany of property issues.

George Kontos received his B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1991. George’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury, civil rights litigation, and various other civil litigation matters.

George is a Fellow in the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an invitation-only group of the Bar’s most experienced and proficient litigators. He has also served on the Board of Governors for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and is an active member of both the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

Since 2006, George has served as a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, as a lecturer in Advanced Trial Evidence. He has also guest lectured at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine covering a range of issues including the impact of managed care on the physician patient relationship, and issues concerning medical malpractice. He has also taught various classes as part of the Pennsylvania Bar’s continuing legal education program, and has served as moderator for Allegheny County‘s “judicial roundtable” – an educational forum comprised of several prominent judges from the Western Pennsylvania area.

George is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This is a forum of the top trial lawyers that have settled and or reached verdicts in excess of one million dollars. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum represents only 1% of attorneys in America.

George has been selected by his peers to be included in the 2018 publication of the Best Lawyers in America. He has been included in the publication for the last seven years. Inclusion in Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive and rigorous peer-review survey comprising more than 5.5 million confidential evaluations by top attorneys. George has also again been selected to be included in the 2018 publication of Pennsylvania “Super Lawyers” which includes attorneys who have been nominated and evaluated based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

Katie A. Killion is a 2002 cum laude graduate of West Virginia University where she earned her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. She is a 2005 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.

She is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. She serves on the Board of Governors for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. She was also appointed and currently serves on the Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Rules Committee. Most recently, she was elected to serve a three year term on the Judiciary Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association. This is the only committee in Allegheny County that is authorized to consider and rate the qualifications judicial candidates.

Katie was selected as a 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Pennsylvania Rising Star/Super Lawyer. Only attorneys that have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement are selected as Super Lawyers. Rising Stars represent 2.5% of the outstanding emerging lawyers in Pennsylvania who are age 40 or under or have been practicing 10 years of less. Katie was also invited to join the Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America and she was nominated as of the “10 best” Attorneys for Pennsylvania by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Most notably, she was invited to be a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Only attorneys that have reached a trial verdict and/or settlement in excess of 2 million dollars are invited to join.

Christopher C. Inman is a 2012 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance. In 2015, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his Masters of Business Administration from Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with honors.

He is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Allegheny County Bar Association.

Chris’s areas of practice include general litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, including personal injury litigation, contract litigation, landlord/tenant law, and medical malpractice. A significant portion of his practice also focuses on business-related matters, including transactions, acquisitions, entity formations, collection matters, for-profit and non-profit governance, and real estate matters.

Christopher is active in the local community, participating in various community and political events, managing the firm’s Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) softball team, and assuming the prestigious role as commissioner of a fantasy football league.
