Caitlin McDonough is a 2020 graduate of Grove City College, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in History and Pre-Law. In 2024, she earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
While attending Duquesne Law, Caitlin served as a Staff Member for Volume 61 and a Production Editor for Volume 62 of the Duquesne Law Review. Her article, Anonymity Preserves Integrity: Expanding the Use of Anonymous Juries in High-Profile Criminal Cases, 62 Duq. L. Rev. 219 (2024) was published in Volume 62 of the Duquesne Law Review. In addition, Caitlin received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Medicine & Forensic Science.
Caitlin is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Caitlin focuses her practice on cases involving Plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and product liability.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys reading, expanding her trivia knowledge, and spending time with family and friends.
